“What kind of guarantee do you offer?
Yeah, that’s a question I get quite recently. I got that actually on a virtual consult. It was, ‘Hey, do you offer any guarantee?’ which was a very specific and unique question to get asked.
So I truly want to stand behind my work, okay? I do. And yes, I do offer a guarantee. It’s a 5-year guarantee of the work.
Now, there’s a caveat. I do want to be able to see you in the practice. I want you to come in, at least get your teeth cleaned twice a year, so that I can monitor things, right? I only think that’s fair, right? ‘Cause that way I can get ahead of something should I see something that might be trending in the wrong direction.
You know, it’s hard for me to say, ‘Hey, I guarantee the work,’ and then I don’t see you for 4 and 1/2 years, and you show up and something’s broken, and I don’t know what’s going on during that entire time frame.
So yes, I will absolutely guarantee the work. But hey, let’s collaborate. Just come in, let’s just get the teeth cleaned, let’s maintain things, and we’ll work with you.”
